1 Year Warranty
All Caveman Boxes products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty components
- Performance issues under normal use
If something goes wrong that shouldn’t, we’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement, repair, or store credit.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, water immersion beyond rated limits, or modifications.
Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind or ordered the wrong item? No problem.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be:
- Unused and in original packaging
- In resalable condition
We’ll issue a full refund once we receive the returned item. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
During the Christmas period, our return window is extended to 60 days for unopened items purchased between November 1st and December 24th.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
